SWRCB Guide to Water Transfers - July 1999 Draft
This internet version of A Guide to Water
Transfers has an advantage over the regular paper version because the internet version contains links throughout the document to help users quickly navigate around the document. Subject headings in the Table of
Contents, List of Figures, and decision points in the Water Transfer Decision Tree (Figure 1) are all linked to appropriate sections of the document. Other additional links are highlighted in blue typeface. The
Bookmarks feature in Adobe's PDF viewer lets you know where you are in the document and also lets you easily navigate around. The magnify feature allows the user to "zoom" in. Acrobat Reader v.3.0 is
supported but we recommend using v. 4.0 (free from Adobe's web site) in order to do text searches.
