2008 Notices:

  • September 17, 2008 - Notice of Public Workshops - Discussion of the San Joaquin River Flow Objectives for the San Francisco/Sacramento-San Joaquin Delta Estuary and an Update on Southern Delta Salinity

  • July 18, 2008 - Revised Notice of Public Hearing - The State Water Board will hold Phase II of the CAW CDO hearing regarding CAW's diversion of water from the Carmel River in Monterey County.

  • May 21, 2008 – Notice of Public Hearing – The Sate Water Board will hold a hearing to receive evidence to be considered in determining whether to approve the following petitions and applications jointly filed by Lake Alpine Water Company and the County of Alpine (jointly referred to herein as “Applicants”): (1) petition for partial assignment of State Filed Application (SFA) 5648 and accompanying Application 5648X07; (2) petition to change the place and purpose of use of SFA 5648 and to add a point of diversion to SFA 5648; and (3) alternatively, if the above petitions are not approved, Application 31523. The State Water Board will also consider whether it is more appropriate to release the priority of SFA 5648 in favor of Application 31523 instead of assigning a portion of SFA 5648.

  • April 28, 2008 – Notice of Public Hearing and Pre-Hearing Conference - The State Water Resources Control Board (State Water Board) will hold a hearing to receive evidence relevant to determining whether Permits 16209, 16210, 16211 and 16212 (Applications 18721, 18723, 21636 and 21637), assigned to the United States Bureau of Reclamation (Bureau), should be revoked for failure to commence, prosecute with due diligence, and complete the work necessary to appropriate water and to apply the authorized water to beneficial use as described in the permits.

  • April 4, 2008 - Notice of Formal Field Investigation - Staff from the State Water Resources Control Board, Division of Water Rights will conduct an investigation pursuant to California Water Code sections 1345 through 1348 for three pending “minor” water right applications within the Russian River watershed in Sonoma County. This investigation will assess the three applications, A031304, A031362, and A031363, submitted by Klein Foods, Inc.

  • March 5, 2008 – Notice of Public Hearing and Pre-Hearing Conference - The State Water Board will hold a hearing in response to California America Water’s (CAW) request for hearing submitted in response to a State Water Board Notice of Draft Cease and Desist Order Regarding Diversion of Water from the Carmel River in Monterey County.

  • April 16, 2007, Notice of Public Hearing and Prehearing Conference – The State Water Board will hold a hearing to determine whether to reconsider Order WR 2006-0018-DWR denying North San Joaquin Water Conservation District’s Petition for Extension of Time - Permit 10477 (Application 12842) - Mokelumne River in San Joaquin County.

  • April 16, 2007, Notice of Public Hearing and Prehearing Conference - The State Water Resources Control Board will hold a hearing to determine whether to issue an order consistent with a proposed Cease and Desist Order regarding unauthorized diversion of water and whether to impose administrative civil liability as proposed in Administrative Civil Liability Complaint No. 262.5-46.  Both proposed actions are against North San Joaquin Water Conservation District - Permit 10477 (Application 12842) - Mokelumne River in San Joaquin County.
