EXTENSION OF BRIEFING SCHEDULE FOR PHASE 2A

I have received a request from Tim O’Laughlin, on behalf of the San Joaquin River Group Authority, for an extension of the due date for filing their brief for Phase 2A.  The request appears reasonable.  Consequently, I am granting the request and extending the deadline for all of the parties who wish to file briefs for Phase 2A.  Instead of being due on April 19, all briefs for Phase 2A will be due on May 3.
