NOTICE OF ADDITIONAL HEARING DATES

The purpose of this letter is to notify parties to the BayDelta Water Rights Hearing of additions to the hearing schedule.  The State Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB) would like to remind all parties to the hearing that the February 11, 1999 hearing date has been cancelled.  The SWRCB has set aside the following dates in 1999 for continuation of the Bay-Delta Water Rights Hearing:

          April 20, 21, 22, 27, & 28;

          May 11, 12, 13, 18, 19, 25, 26, & 27; and,

          June 9, 10, 15, 16, 22, 23, 24, 28 & 29.

The SWRCB may cancel some of the scheduled dates if the hearing concludes prior to the end of June.  The hearing sessions will commence at 9:00 a.m. each hearing day in the SWRCB Hearing Room, 901 P Street, Sacramento.
