NOTICE OF ADDITIONAL HEARING DATES

The purpose of this letter is to notify parties to the Bay-Delta Water Rights Hearing of additions to the hearing schedule.  The State Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB) has set aside the following dates in July for continuation of the Bay-Delta Water Rights Hearing:

  • Tuesday, July 6;
  • Wednesday, July 7;
  • Thursday, July 8 (morning only);
  • Tuesday, July 13;
  • Wednesday, July 14;
  • Tuesday, July 27;
  • Wednesday, July 28; and,
  • Thursday, July 29 (morning only).

The hearing sessions will commence at 9:00 a.m. each hearing day in the SWRCB Hearing Room, 901 P Street, Sacramento.
