Your letter states that the San Joaquin River Group Authority (SJRGA) intends to submit voluminous exhibits in connection with Phase 2B of the Bay-Delta Hearing. You request that I allow you to send copies only to those parties listed on the shortened mailing list attached to your letter. You stated that you would also supply copies to other parties upon request. Your request to use a shortened mailing list is denied. However, some of the documents may already be in the files of the State Water Resources Control Board and could therefore be entered into the record by reference.
