NOTICE OF ADDITIONAL HEARING DATES The purpose of this letter is to notify parties to the Bay-Delta Water Rights Hearing of additions to the hearing schedule. The State Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB) has set aside the following dates in 1999 for continuation of the Bay-Delta Water Rights Hearing: January 11, 12, 13, 19, 20, 26, 27, & 28 February 9, 10, 11, 16, 17, 23, 24, & 25 March 9, 10, 11, 16, 17, 23, 24, & 25 The SWRCB may cancel some or all of the scheduled dates if the hearing concludes prior to the end of March. The SWRCB anticipates scheduling a portion of one of the regular hearing days in early 1999 for a workshop to discuss the procedure that could be used in a phased decision making process. The hearing sessions will be conducted from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. in the SWRCB Hearing Room, 901 P Street, Sacramento.
