TRANSMITTAL OF SERVICE LIST AND LIST OF SWRCB STAFF EXHIBITS

On May 6, 1998, the State Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB) issued a Revised Notice of Public Hearing for the Bay-Delta Water Rights Hearing scheduled to commence on July 1, 1998. Enclosure 1 of the hearing notice states that the SWRCB will provide to each party who filed a notice of intent to appear a list of parties to exchange written testimony and other exhibits. This letter transmits the service list for the hearings as well as the list of exhibits the SWRCB staff proposes to enter into the record for the hearing at this time.

As stated in the hearing notice, you are required to submit 20 copies of your exhibit list and each exhibit you intend to introduce at the hearing to the SWRCB. You must also provide one copy of your exhibit list, each exhibit, your notice of intent to appear, and statements of qualifications for each witness you intend to present during your case in chief to each of the parties on the service list. Exhibits that will be introduced during phases 1 and 2 of the hearing must be received by the SWRCB by 5:00 p.m. on

June 1, 1998. Exhibits that will be introduced during phases 3 and 4 of the hearing must be received by the SWRCB by 5:00 p.m. on June 20, 1998. Deadline submittals for the other phases will be announced at a later date. Please provide your exhibit list on the form that was attached to the hearing notice. Please see enclosure 1 of the hearing notice for other specific information.
