NOTICE OF ADDITIONAL HEARING DATES

The purpose of this letter is to notify parties to the Bay-Delta Water Rights Hearing of additions to the hearing schedule.  The State Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB) has set aside the following dates in March and April for continuation of the Bay-Delta Water Rights Hearing:

          Tuesday, March 30;

          Wednesday, March 31;

          Tuesday, April 6;

          Wednesday, April 7; and

          Thursday, April 8

The hearing sessions will commence at 9:00 a.m. each hearing day in the SWRCB Hearing Room, 901 P Street, Sacramento.

The SWRCB would like to remind all parties to the hearing that Phase 2A has been completed and that closing briefs will be due 30 days after the transcripts have been mailed out.  Phase 6 will begin March 9, 1999, at 9:00 a.m. in the SWRCB Hearing Room.
