Dear Mr. Herrick: BAY-DELTA WATER RIGHTS HEARING: RULING ON MOTION TO EXTEND DEADLINE FOR PHASE 2A SUBMITTALS This responds to the motion you filed on behalf of South Delta Water Agency to extend the deadline for submittal of evidence and testimony for Phase 2A. The motion is granted. Mr. Caffrey has ruled, as hearing officer, that the deadline for submitting exhibits for Phase 2A, including written testimony, is extended. All Exhibits for Phase 2A must be received by the SWRCB by 5:00 p.m. on September 15, 1998, and must be served on each of the other parties on the Bay-Delta Water Rights Hearing Service List.
