Draft Decision and Resolution to certify Final EIRs

The State Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB) convened Board meetings on December 28 & 29, 1999, to consider two items. The SWRCB first considered a resolution to certify the final environmental documentation dealing with implementation of the 1995 Bay-Delta Water Quality Control Plan and petitions filed by the U.S. Bureau of Reclamation and the Department of Water Resources. The SWRCB then considered adoption of a proposed decision regarding Phases 1 through 7 of the Bay-Delta Water Rights Hearing.
