PUBLIC FORUM
Public Forum. (Any member of the public may address and ask questions of the Board relating to any matter within the Board’s jurisdiction, provided the matter is not on the Board’s agenda, or pending before the Board or a Regional Board.) Note: Presentations at the Public Forum will be limited to 5 minutes or otherwise at the discretion of the Chairman.
1. Consideration of Adoption of a Resolution Certifying: (1) the Final Environmental Impact Report for Implementation of the Water Quality Control Plan for the San Francisco Bay/Sacramento-San Joaquin Delta Estuary (SCH # 97-122056), and (2) the Final Environmental Impact Report for the Consolidated and Conformed Place of Use (SCH # 97-122042). (The Board will consider whether to adopt the proposed Resolution.)
2. Consideration of a Proposed Decision which: (1) Implements the Water Quality Objectives for the San Francisco Bay/Sacramento-San Joaquin Delta Estuary, (2) Approves a Petition to Change Points of Diversion of the Central Valley Project and the State Water Project in the Southern Delta, and (3) Approves a Petition to Change Places of Use and Purposes of Use of the Central Valley Project. (The Board will consider whether to adopt the proposed decision which includes a statement of overriding considerations. The water rights affected by this decision are listed below.)
