DRAFT ORDER FOR THE SAN FRANCISCO BAY/SACRAMENTO-SAN JOAQUIN ESTUARY (PDF format; 53 KB)
The State Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB) will consider adopting the enclosed draft order regarding the San Francisco Bay/Sacramento-San Joaquin Delta Estuary at its meeting scheduled for
Wednesday, March 7, 2001, at 9:00 am in the 2nd Floor, Coastal Valley Room in the new Cal/EPA Building at 1001 I Street in Sacramento.
At the Board meeting, the parties will have a brief opportunity to comment on the proposed order. Each party should limit their presentation to 10 minutes and interested persons should limit their presentations to 5 minutes.
Comments should be limited to the general acceptability of the proposed order, or to possible technical corrections. Parties may not introduce new evidence at the SWRCB meeting.
Parties shall submit no later than 5:00 pm, Monday, March 5, 2001,
all written comments regarding any requested changes to the proposed order. Please mail written comments to the following address:
