The enclosed draft order regarding the South Sutter Water District’s petition for change in place, purpose of use, and point of diversion is scheduled to be considered at the State Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB) workshop to be held on July 5, 2000, at 9:00 AM in the SWRCB Hearing Room, which is on the first floor of the Bonderson Building, 901 P Street, Sacramento.
Interested parties will have a brief opportunity to comment on the proposed order at the July 5th workshop.
Presentations should be limited to comments on the general acceptability of the order or possible technical corrections. Parties may not introduce evidence at the SWRCB workshop. Parties should submit in writing any changes to the proposed order they would like the SWRCB to consider at the meeting. No action will be taken at the workshop. The draft order will be scheduled to be considered for adoption at a later board meeting. Written submittals may be brought to the workshop or addressed to Arthur G. Baggett, Jr., Acting Chair, at the following address:
