The State Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB) will consider adopting the enclosed draft order regarding the San Francisco Bay/Sacramento-San Joaquin Delta Esturary at its meeting scheduled for
Thursday, April 26, 2001, at 1:00 pm. The meeting will be held in the 2nd Floor, Coastal Hearing Room in the new Cal/EPA Building at 1001 I Street in Sacramento.
At the Board meeting, the parties will have a brief opportunity to comment on the proposed order. Each party should limit their presentation to 5 minutes and interested persons should limit their presentations to 3 minutes.
Comments should be limited to the general acceptability of the proposed order, or to possible technical corrections. Parties may not introduce evidence at the SWRCB meeting.
Parties shall submit no later than 4:00 pm, Friday, April 20, 2001, all written comments regarding any requested changes to the proposed order.
