The State Water Board will hold a hearing to receive evidence relevant to determining whether the State Water Board should approve Lake Alpine Water Company’s and the County of Alpine’s (Applicants) (1) petition to change the place of use and purpose of use and add a point of diversion on State Filed Application (SFA) 5648, (2) petition for partial assignment of SFA 5648 and accompanying application (A5648X07), or (3) Application 31523 filed as a backup in the event the Applicants’ petitions are not approved – Bear Valley in Alpine County.
