	Instream Flow Policy – CEQA Scoping

POLICY FOR MAINTAINING INSTREAM FLOWS IN NORTHERN CALIFORNIA COASTAL STREAMS

A California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) scoping meeting on a North Coast Instream Flow Policy that is under development was held on August 16, 2006 in Santa Rosa. Staff requested comments on the range of actions, alternatives, mitigation measures and significant effects.
